• All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

2. Products & Availability

• We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, minor variations in colour, size, or design may occur.

• All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products offered.

3. Orders & Payment

• By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

• Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received in full.

• We accept payment via Shopify Payments, Visa, Mastercard, cash in our physical location and other methods as shown at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship within New Zealand using trusted courier partners.

• Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days, with extra time for rural addresses.

• Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you once delivery has been made to the address provided.

5. Returns & Refunds

• All purchases are covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986. If a product is faulty, unsafe, or does not perform as promised, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
