Thank you for shopping with abraCATabra. Below you’ll find details about how we ship your orders. This policy does not apply to maine coon cats and kittens.
1. Processing Time

We aim to process and dispatch within 2-3 business days after payment is received.
2. Delivery Timeframes
We ship nationwide within New Zealand using trusted courier partners. Typical delivery times are:

Auckland & North Island (non-rural): 1–3 working days

South Island (non-rural): 2–4 working days

Rural addresses: Please allow an additional 2–3 working days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your order.

Rural delivery may incur an additional surcharge as set by the courier.

Free shipping promotions (if offered) will be clearly advertised on our website.
4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

You can track your parcel directly through the courier’s website.
5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within New Zealand only, please contact us directly to place an overseas order.

We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Private Bags.

Litter Box is a large product with limited delivery options.
6. Lost or Damaged Parcels

All orders are sent with tracking. If your parcel does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@abracatabra.co.nz

If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can lodge a claim with the courier.
